NRRU and JCU Meet with Australian Embassy to Report Success of NCP Student Exchange Program, Strengthening International Educational Ties

On November 13, 2025, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University (NRRU), led by Ms. Donlaya Phetdee, Director of the International Affairs Division, along with staff and student representatives, visited the Australian Embassy in Thailand. They were joined by faculty members and students from James Cook University (JCU) to report on the outcomes of the NRRU & JCU Student Exchange Program 2025. This initiative was proudly supported by the Australian Government under the New Colombo Plan (NCP).
The program, which took place from October 20 to November 12, 2025, was designed to foster the exchange of academic experiences, language proficiency, and cross-cultural understanding between students from both institutions.
During the visit, the delegation attended a briefing on the roles and missions of various departments within the Australian Embassy. This was followed by an open forum for participants to ask questions and exchange views on topics of interest, concluding with a refreshments session in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
This visit to the Australian Embassy marks a significant milestone in the educational partnership between NRRU and James Cook University. It further reinforces both institutions' commitment to developing students' global competencies, ensuring they are prepared to step onto the international stage with confidence.
